By accessing or using AI User Insights you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. AI User Insightsmay update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. AI User Insights may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse AI User Insights, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow AI User Insights's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
AI User Insights retains all rights to AI User Insights's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant AI User Insights a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
AI User Insights is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.AI User Insights disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI User Insights's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or AI User Insights is limited to the amount you paid AI User Insights in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. AI User Insights may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
